We present centrifugal castings having a dense grain structure as well as those that are free from porosity. We have expertise in making liners, sleeves, wear ring materials or any other centrifugal part out of aluminum. Our castings can be availed in castings in diameter upto 25 inches and 4 inches thick and weighs upto 125 kgs. The range of our aluminium castings are manufactured from certified ingot metals that are available in different weights ranging from a fraction of a kilogram to 100 kgs single piece. All of these confirm to BSS LM series, DIN, ASTM as well as Indian standards. Our company presents pressure tight castings that have a fine surface finish. In addition, we also perform heat treatment on castings that can be availed on request with certificates and charts if required. The assortment of our aluminum castings are cast under high pressure with the help of squeeze castings for casting in sand and permanent molds.
