About Us

P.V. Kotwala & Co had started its business in1924 by the name of its founder late Shri. Prabhuram Vallabbhai Kotwala. His elder son, Mr. Hasmukhlal moved to Gholvad a nearby village on western railways and foundedKotwala & Co. in 1960. Much later when the 3rd generation was still young but ready to help in business, in 1980, he started one more workshop at Umbergoan GIDC as Metal Perforators and Fabricators. Mr. H.P. Kotwala (we call him 'Motabhai') comes to factory and is still actively involved in business.

Currently the 3rd generation of he family runs the workshops at Mumbai, Gholvad, Umbergaon. We recently shifted and consolidated our business to Umbergaon GIDC to concentrate on our core competencies.

We are a small scale industry workshop with core competencies in gears manufacturing, perforating sheets and custom made machines.

We have adequate resources up-to-date and smooth running machines and tools to for continuous operation.
