Happenings / News / Press CoverageNews Launching of Maars Oceano Vista Dubai: Maars Developers had launched their first project Maars Oceano Vista Condominiums in association with CETA (College of Engineering Trivandrum Alumni) on their Global Meet “Maars Developers CETA Galaxy 2010” which was held on 15th January 2010 at Emirates Towers Hotel, Dubai, where the Global Meet was inaugurated by Mr. Rajamani, Counsel General of Indian Embassy UAE and the Felicitation Addresses given by Mr. Fareed A. Rahman, The CEO of Smart City and TECOM Dubai, Mr. Jayaram, South Indian famous Cine Artist and many other distinguished guests. The Event title was sponsored by Maars Developers.
The first sale of the Maars Oceano Vista Condominiums was received from Mr. Satheesh, the Secretary of CETA, UAE by Mr. Jayaram, The South Indian Cine Artist in the presence of Maars Developers Executive Directors M/s. Alex Michael, Mujeeb Mohamed and Ajit Nair.
Maars Developers offered a pre-launching offer price of Rs. 1800/- Sq. Ft. amount for CETA Members for two days. But the offer is extended until 15 Feb 2010 with a price of Rs. 1999/- Sq. Ft for CETA Members.
