Salient Features :

Tapping Machine for random boxes with top & bottom drive. TS 900X has conveyor belt top and bottom for driving the carton.  This system is particular recommended for tall narrow & heavy cartons. the centering devices hold the box steady on the work table with the bottom flaps already folded so that it also operates as a packing station.  TS 900X tapes simultaneously the top & bottom flaps and especially recommended for taping boxes of varying dimensions. EPOXY coated taping heads with erect tape system & fully protected cutter blade provide smooth positive application of the tape on the Box. Box Conveying speed 18 mtr./min ensures High productivity. Simple in design & sturdy construction requires minimum maintenance.

The TS 500 is designed for closing uniform cartons (i.e. with same height and width) and is an excellent choice for any low to high volume closure needs. The TS 500 seals both top and bottom simultaneously and fast. The box is driven by two sides belts through the machine while the rolling dispensers apply the pressure sensitive tape. After the sealed box is discharged, the TS 500 is ready for the next box. The adjustable to different box sizes is quick and easy.
