Vacuum Packing Machine Our technologically advanced vacuum pack machines operates on the scientific method of modified atmosphere packaging ( flfiAP ) which maintains the shelf life of food products. The process involves generating a favorable environment in the pouch by vacuum packing or further flushing of inert gas like nitrogen, carbon dioxide and such combinations for retarding bacteria and mold growth and thus reducing food spoilage.The machines are equipped with the facility to inject oxygen which is necessary for fresh fruits and vegetables products which need breathing or ethylene scavengers to counter and nullify emission effects from mangoes, bananas and other easily perishable fruits. |
