Panel Construction

• Each panel consists of interior & exterior metal skin with structural members for additional strength
• These metal layer are separated by rigid foam - in place self extinguishing polyurethane insulations, which adheres to the metal layers providing increased structural strength
• Each of the panel have tongue and groove construction and sealant is applied all to joints foaming and all tight seal
• Each of the panel is jointed together using a cam-locking fastner, operated a hex wrench
• Acess holes are sealed with vinyl snap-in-caps
• Ceiling are attached to walls can also cam-lock to ceiling (optional)
• Floors are built with bonded to exterior grade underlayment and foamed -inplace 12/9mn marine ply or 2 mm anti-static Vinyl floors are capable of maintaining a load maximum of 2000kg/m², when uniformly distributed
