Product Specification: Strips of size 245mm x 6mm x 6mm.

Characteristics:

                                Soft wax used to bead round the edge of functional impressions to preserve the peripheral roll prior to casting. It is also used for the extension of the tray before making final impressions.

Packing: 12 strips in a box

Product Specification: Sheets of size 156mm/304mmx 40mm x 2 mm to 3mm thick.

  Characteristics:

1.        It is having a high flow value at the room temperature and is easily mouldable without the need of heating.

2.      It easily adheres to any surface.

Usage: To “Box in” impressions prior to casting up.

Product Specification: Wax sheets-1.3 to 1.5 mm thickness. Size 160mm x 90 mm.

Characteristics:

1.        The wax is mouldable at slightly higher temperature than room temperature and does not tear, flake or crack.

2.        Hard on cooling.

3.       Prevent occlusion changes during Trying-in with patient. Thus dimensionally stable.

4.        Can be polished to give glossy surface with wet cotton.

5.        No residual value.

6.        It’s easy to carve.

Packing:  12 sheets of wax effectively separated using a separator paper.

Type: Hard, medium soft in vivid colours such as pink, normal pink, light pink, dark red and ivory.

Usage: Mandibular and Maxillary wax rims

Product Specification: Thin wax sheets of 0.5mm thickness - shape of upper and lower base plates.

Characteristics:

1.        It increases the thickness of wax rims while making dentures using base plates.

2.        Provide uniform thickness of impression material.

3.        Use of spacer wax prevents direct contact of acrylic trays with soft tissues.

Packing: A packet consists of 25 sheets in each box. Each sheet is separated by butter paper. Upper and lower base plate shape spacer wax are packed separately.
