About Us

young entrepreneur Mr. Maheshraj Dagar started "M.R. Electronics" with a capital of Rs. 50,000/- to cater to the needs of consumers of office automation products & entertainment electronics products. Mr. Maheshraj Dagar himself is an electronics engineer with experience of 25 years in the field of maintenance with entertainment & office automation equipment. He has been associated with consumer products giant like Panasonic, Canon & Sharp to name few.

With the growth of the M.R. Electronics it was discovered that it was difficult to handle both office automation products & consumer products under the same roof due to more work pressure & different needs of both streams of products. A new company M.R. Telecom (India) was formed in the year 1995 to cater to the needs of facsimile product maintenance.

About the proprietor
Mahesh Dagar, a technocrat with 20 years of experience, with a view to provide one stop solution for component level repairs for technical products started M R Group of companies. He himself has in-depth knowledge of component level repairs for products like: Projectors (DLP/LCD); Plasma, Camcorders, LCD Tv, High end Audio/Video integrated systems also have immense knowledge for Home appliances like Microwave, high end refrigerators etc. He has worked in India as well as in Singapore since last 10 years. Thus he is well aware of the international updates on the new techniques and methods in customer care.

Company is totally dedicated to maintenance of equipment at the component level & not at card replacement level of repairs, which some of our contemporary is good at, thereby offering our valued customers cheap & prompt solution. The lead-time for repairs is less than six hours, with an average repair time of 2 hours for the in-house repairs at the workshop.
