Semi Automatic
Control Panel |
We offer semi automatic control panels for manifold systems,
depending on the need and customer specification. The control panels
are safe for low voltage operation and are supported with audio
visual alarm facility. |

Fully Automatic
Control Panel |
The fully automatic control panel is designed to supply medical gas
at a constant pressure from either bank of cylinders into the MGPS.
The unit shall have separate pressure regulators for each bank of
cylinders and the control system that is designed for the case of
maintenance. Cylinders can be changed or the pressure regulators
removed for overhaul without loss of continuity of the gas supply.
The system shall be provided with monitoring to detect and display.
The varieties offered are:
- Running Bank Operating
- Running Bank Low
- Reserve Bank Operating
- Reserve Bank Low
- Pipeline Pressure Fault
The normal operation of the changeover & control depends on
an electrical supply. The design shall ensure that in the event of
electrical supply failure there is no disruption to the flow of gas
into the MGPS.

Horizontal Bed
Head Panels |
Our Bed head panels are ergonomically designed keeping the needs of
wards / ICU/Private room in view with the desired outlets,
electrical sockets and other accessories. These are extruded
Aluminum panels, powder coated as per customer's choice of colour to
maintain the aesthetics of the hospitals. |

Ceiling Pendant |
Ceiling Pendant: Our ceiling pendant is designed to ensure supplies
of medical gases, electric current and weak current from ceiling to
workplace of medical specialists. These systems can be conveniently
used at operating theaters. |

Single Arm Swiveling Pendant |
These swivel pendants are coated with epoxy powder and have
stainless steel cabinet. Pendants have internally segregated
compartments for mechanical, electrical and specialist mechanical
services. Some other features of our product include:
- The pendant drop tube and bearing assembly
- Pendant carrying capacity of 150 kg equipment load pendant
rotate at 330 Degree
- Encapsulated central pivot bearing system sealed for life and
free maintenance
- Pendant having heavy platform shelf for keeping monitor

Area Alarm |

(Optional battery backup) to ensure smooth, uninterrupted and safe
supply of medical gas to the hospital. |

Zonal Valve Box |

The Zonal Valve Box are fully designed to suit multiple operational
and requirement and ensure considering space for mounting.

Oxygen Flow Meters |
|
We offer oxygen Flow meters that are back pressure compensated flow
meter made with brass body, meet strict precision and durability
standards. Humidifier bottle is made of unbreakable polycarbonate
material and is autoclavable. These are available in two variants –
Plastic Body & Metal Body.

Ward Vacuum Units |
|
We offer ward vacuum units with 600 ml / 1000 ml / 2000 ml jars
with safety trap. The jars are made of polycarbonate and
autoclavable. Regulators are available with infinitely adjustable.

These are best in industry movable floor suction unit for operation
theaters are available in stainless steel and aluminum model as
desired by the user with autoclavable polycarbonate jars, regulator
and having castor wheels for ease of movement.

Cylinder Manifold
Unit |
|
Our cylinder manifold unit is designed to accommodate two or more
cylinder in each bank. Cylinder racks are painted and designed to
securely support cylinders of varying diameters. A cylinder rack of
equal capacity to one bank is provided for the storage of spare
cylinders. Cylinder tail pipes have gas specific connections to the
manifold headers.

Annual Inspections of MGPS products : We offer complete
inspection of our MGPS products for the client's facility. The entire
service is performed and fully documented to meet industry

are planned to make client's team conversant with the operations of the
system and also to enable them in handling emergency situations.
Installation and Consultation : Our personnel perform turnkey
medical gas delivery system installations for new construction and
