Storage
'MrBelts' conveyor belts are resistant to moisture and can be stored outdoors in original packing for limited time period, however longer periods may result in premature aging of the belting. However, to keep the belts in optimum condition, it is advised outdoor storage should be restricted as far as possible. The storage premises must provide protection from direct sunlight, ultra-violet radiation and should be well ventilated. Contact of belts with chemicals, oil, grease, solvents and acids should be avoided as this can damage the belts.

Higher Adhesion levels: This is made possible by the chemical bonding coupled with mechanical locking properties between cover-to-ply and ply-to-ply. As a result, it contributes to edge wear resistance, higher edge and carcass consolidation and eliminates cover peeling and ply separation.
High Ply Strength and Lower Self Weight: The higher ply strength of synthetic fabric enables conveyor belts to meet higher tension requirement, using less number of plies. Also, due to the special fabric weave specification, our conveyor belts are lighter in weight, thereby resulting in benefits like: Low drive power requirement Higher idler life Longer belt lengths which reduce the number of joints in long overhaul conveyor installations
Outstanding Impact Resistance: Inter-ply rubber thickness maximizes the impact absorption and reduces carcass' damage leading to long life of the belts.
Elimination of Edge Protection: Synthetic fabric is totally rot resistant and full width reinforcement renders high edge wear resistance. This coupled with improved consolidation makes our conveyor belts highly recommendable with cut edge construction as they perform effectively under adverse environment.
Higher Longitudinal Flexing: The carcass of our conveyor belt, is designed to provide longitudinal flexibility and reduce flex fatigue stain on the belts. This enables it to operate on relatively small diameter terminal pulleys and with sufficient transverse rigidity to provide load support and resistances from pithing between the flat and inclined idlers of the conveyor system.

We have a sound infrastructure set up that enables us to carry out smooth production. It has manufacturing unit, R&D unit, in-house design unit, quality testing unit and storage unit.
A state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, spread across 3325 sq. meters is well equipped with requisite fabrication equipment and latest testing amenities. Our manufacturing facility backed by a dedicated and experienced managerial and technical team has established M. R. BELTINGS at the fore front of the industry. The hi-end manufacturing unit ensures high volume production. M. R. BELTINGS in its pursuit of excellence, is proud owner of one of the most sophisticated machinery in the industry including the Belt Press from FUJTWARA (JAPAN) and Calender from NIPPON (JAPAN) with matching Making Title, Mixing Line and Inspection Press.
The NIPPON Calender, a 3-Bowl Calender, can be tuned to desired thickness and width. The Calender coats textile fabric with special rubber and the process is called shim coating. Thereafter the fabric plies of a belt are equally stretched by a pneumatically controlled device during assembly on the making Table (which minimizes difference of tension among the plies). The assembled belt is cured in a FUJIWARA Press. In our system, there is a provision for post cure and pre-cure stretch of the belt. It has been established that the above increases full belt tensile strength of the belt and also reduces elongation during its run at site. Both these features go to the advantage of users.
With advanced facilities at our quality testing lab, our quality controllers conduct different tests at each level of production. At our capacious storage unit, we house our finished product range and ensure flawless products are delivered at clients' end. Besides, we also pack our wide product range using HDPE, drum-cores, waterproof sheaths to withstand transit and storage hazards.
