We offer Transmission Rubber Belting that is fabricated as per IS:1370 standards with *Mercury* and *Mercury Super* brands, depending upon rating of the duck/ fabric used for requisite strength. These are further quality tested on well-defined parameters before supplying it to our clients to avoid any discrepancy at clients' end.

MrBelts' Friction Ply are manufactured from the best raw materials duly tested in our quality control laboratory, under the supervision of qualified and experienced team of technologists / personnel. The belts are fabricated with multiple plies of especially woven fabrics with sufficient tensile strength both in the warp and weft directions, the cotton ducks are completely impregnated with especially formulated high-grade rubber compounds to get the best ply to ply adhesion and excellent flex life in actual service, the requisite number of plies are built-up together, pre-stretched, and vulcanized in stretched condition in sophisticated Fujiwara Iron Hydraulic Belt Press. This process eliminates excessive stretch service, the cut edges of belts are sealed with special bonding solution to prevent ingress of moisture and to resist wear and consequent fraying of the edges. However, belts with round edges can also be manufactured. Samples from each of the finished belt are tested for quality and consistency.

Our belts thoroughly conform to specifications laid down by ISI and Indian Railways, wherever required.

The belts are made in a wide range viz., types of fabrics, number of plies and widths suited to different types of drives and a wide range of speeds.
