With the help of our infrastructure & in depth domain knowledge, we are manufacturing a wide range of hangers and mannequins. Our range include wooden hanger, plastic hanger, size ring, metal hanger & men, women, kid mannequins etc. Features of our products:

Quality Assurance:
We have a well developed quality checking unit, which assists us in conducting stringent checks at each stage of production. This quality checking processes takes place from the procurement of raw materials to the packaging and final delivery of the products. In addition to this, we use high grade raw materials like polyethylene, fiber, steel, polypropylene/ ABS, which ensures the durability of our products at client's end.

These measures and other innovative techniques used in our processes of quality assurance ensure that our products meet the exact needs at client's end. Apart from this, we have a quality testing laboratory where all the manufactured products are tested on various parameters to meet the international quality standards. The parameters on which our mannequins are quality checked are as follows:

Our Manufacturing Facilities:
We have separate units for manufacturing hangers, mannequins and R.O systems. The unit for manufacturing hangers spreads over an area of 2000 sq. mt, which is capable of producing 15000 to 20000 hangers per day.

In addition to this, our team members work in coordination with each other to meet our business operation targets. Apart from this, we also organize regular training sessions and workshops that helps in updating their process knowledge as per the emerging trends in this sector. This also make them aware about the technological advancements and their proper usage and make the best possible use of the available resources.
Research And Development :
Our well equipped research and development wing ensures the overall development of the product and as per the emerging industry demands. This unit also helps us to anticipate future industry needs and conduct regular research to bring innovative range with enhanced functioning features. Further, our unit also assist us in fabrication of range to match with the changing market scenario.

Further, the manufacturing unit for mannequins spreads over an area of 4000 sq mt, which helps us in producing 25 to 30 pieces per day. Apart from this, we also have a manufacturing unit of 1000 sq mt for producing R.O water purifier system that assist us in fabricating 100 pieces of purifier system per day. All these units are well equipped with latest technology and modern machines. Some of the machines, which assist us in efficiently handling our work process related operations include:
• Molding machines
• CAD and CAM designing facilities
• CNC machines
• Lathe machines
