We manufacture the pickling tanks with the best processes and spiral technology. These tanks are being made from spiral HDPE sheets. We design Pickling Tanks and fabricate them with strong joints through hot gas Extrusion Welding which are 100% leak proof. These tanks are being made out of natural colour of HDPE also.

We are also manufacturing FRP storage tanks. These are being provided as customized tanks for the storage of Acids/ Alkalis/ Solvents. Our FRP Tanks conform to British and Indian standards. These can be availed in standard as well as customized sizes to meet the requirements of the industry and are available at competitive prices.

We manufacture Pickling Tanks for steel industries for pickling process of M.S. and Stainless Steel coils/bars/pipes. These tanks are manufactured from PP/FRP/FRV. Thermoplastic pickling tanks are offered with specially designed Lip Type Hood for fume collection from the sides of the tank. This kind of hood is suitable for the batch pickling operation for continuous pickling operation. Hood can be offered in top mounted and of any suitable shape like semi arch type or canopy type. We also offer pickling tanks with suitable hood and fume scrubber with centrifugal exhaust fan, ducting network, stack or chimney and with thermoplastic re-circulation pump for scrubber with piping.

We also manufacture the Horizontal Spiral Tanks with HDPE and PP, which are being manufactured by unique spiral winding process specifically made for storing various liquids/chemicals in various capacities ranging up to 40KL. We supply these spiral storage tanks with all accessories and fittings. We can also manufacture these spiral tanks as per client's design requirements and specifications.

We are also fabricating and supplying all types of pipe fittings like Tees, Bends, Puddle Flanges, Manholes etc. We fabricate bends in 30º, 45º, 60º & 90º - 20mm to 315mm, Tees & "Y" with 20 mm to 315 mm.

We also undertake the turnkey projects for the HDPE/PP/FRP pipeline erection. In this project we undertake laying of complete HDPE/PP/FRP piping systems on turnkey basis. We use butt fusion welding with sophisticated machineries like hydraulic welding jacks to ensure high quality piple lines.

We also fabricate and erect the HDPE/PP/FRP pipelines as per client's design requirements. We can undertake the projects for pipeline erection and fabrication for solid walled pipes of outer diameter upto 450 mm. We use high quality raw material like HDPE, PP and FRP which is being sourced from our quality vendors.

HDPE/PP/FRP notch filters, which we manufactur are conical bottom tanks. These are also used for effective filtration of solutions, slurry etc. We can also custom built notch filters to withstand vacuum.

We also manufacture the Reaction Vessels, these are being made using the spiral technology in HDPE/PP and FRP with agitators cladded HDPE/PP sheet lining. We supply Reaction Vessels for chemicals blending, mixing and settling. These vessels are being designed to withstand temperature up to 100ºC.

The scrubber is a very essential part for many chemical industries. We manufacture the scrubbers of Spiral HDPE/PP&FRP which are ideal for this service as generally corrosive chemicals are handled in a scrubber. All the required accessories are also provided with scrubbers.

We also manufacture Centrifugal Blowers, Fume Absorbers and Motor Covers in FRP/PPFRP/PVC/HDPE as per the operational requirements of clients.
