are engaged in bag filters manufacturing as per the specific demands
of our customers. These are developed from qualitative material such
as mild steel which is finely treated for rust prevention. We also
make use of other material such as SS, PVC and FRP Lined in different
choices of colours. These bag filters are used for removing
particulate material from the ventilation air. This enables users to

Their main usage is in collecting dust and pollution control. Some of

Inlet choices	It offers either top entry or hopper entry to meet the needs of various applications. For fine dust with low dust concentrations and with higher air-to-fabric ratios, top entry is more suitable. In case of course dust and high dust loads, hopper entry is preferred. Heavy particles naturally gravitate to the hopper.
Pulse-jet cleaning	The filter bags in the collector are continuously cleaned with pulses of compressed air which are initiated by an electronic sequential timer. Small volumes of high pressure compressed air are directed from a reservoir tank through solenoid valves and nozzles.
Convenient bag removal	We have designed the Pulsejet filter in such a way that the bags can be removed from the side panels of the collector, without having to dismantle any part, which means that a single person can remove the bags within a few minutes.
Pressure-drop across the collector	Since the bags are continuously cleaned the pressure drop is very low and almost constant. Though the pressure drop will depend upon factors like air-to-fabric ratio, temperature of air, dust loading, fineness of dust, etc., normally it will range between 75 to 150 mm WG.

The
MS fabricated cement storage silo is offered in customer specified
capacities and in standard models of 20, 30, 50, 100 and 150 Ton. Its
top is closed & has 2 openings, one for manhole and other for
discharge connection of the vertical screw conveyor. Each shell of
the silo is overlapped with next shell by 50 mm for attaining utmost
strength and ensuring leak proof properties. Its conical portion is
specially designed to ensure that cement is not sticked on the inside
surface and flows to the outlet in a smooth manner. This durable silo
is installed vertically on 4 fabricated columns with necessary cross
bracing.
