MS Pump Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pumps (MH Series) are non self priming, axial suction and vertical radial delivery type threaded parts.All vital components like impellers, diffusers & shaft of these pumps are made of corrosion resistance AISI Stainless Steel and designed to deliver the best possible hydraulic efficiency. The pump and motor are connected with a single drive shaft to eliminate any transmission loss. 'O' ring and gasket prevents leakage at the intermediate casing during high pressure. Mechanical seal of these pumps are made of ceramic and carbon graphite to ensure reliability and easy replacement.

These pumps are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled. A.C. induction motor, suitable for continuous Duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss steel lamination assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame.Dynamically balanced rotor ensures vibration and noise free operation and the varnished impregnated winding made of enameled copper wire offer excellent resistance. Thermal over load protector is incorporated in all single phase motors.

MS Pump Centrifugal mono block pump’s volute chamber and impellers are designed to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency and good suction lift. Sealing is by means of a bellows mechanical seal made of carbon & ceramic is fitted over the shaft ,which is ground to close tolerance. These pumps are power-driven by a totally enclosed fan cooled A.C. Induction two pole motor. Motor stator is made of low watt loss silicon steel lamination assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame.

Dynamically balanced rotor ensures vibration free and noise free operations and increase the life of the bearings and seal. The windings are of high-grade enameled copper wire and are varnish impregnated. Construction of motor frames and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature rise thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor. A thermal cutout relay (motor protector) is incorporated in single-phase motors. All single-phase pumps require an adequate starter / motor protection control panel.
