Hot Melt Glue Guns offered by us are user friendly, temperature controlled light weight product. These are ideal for packaging, electronics, furniture and toy making industries and in several other assembly applications. Hot melt glue gun consumes less electricity as it operates on household 220 V - 240 V.

User's guide:

• Plug in Gun and Load the Glue Stick through opening at the back of gun

• Allow Gun warm up time of 5 minutes

• Clean the surfaces to be bonded

• After heating, squeeze trigger to feed glue through gun barrel. Release Trigger to stop flow of glue

• Press surfaces together within 15 seconds

• Unplug Gun when finished or when gun is not to be used for over 30 minutes

The Hot Melt Dispensers for hot melt adhesives are pneumatically and electronically controlled equipment for a faster gluing and sealing of cartons & similar packaging material. These are also capable of multi tasking with easy changeable nozzles, selectable pattern nozzles and multi guns adaptability for various industry specific applications. Hot Melt Coaters: They can be used to apply any type of Hot Melt Adhesive, including pressure sensitive Hot Melts and Hot Melt Adhesives with long open time.
