We offer ‘tesa’ Family Sheet that combines different die cut dimensions and shapes of one material onto one sheet. The labels are placed inside the vehicle during the assembly process until all holes are covered.

Our range of ‘tesa’ Hole Covering Solutions includes Permanent Hole Covering Solutions and Temporary Hole Covering solutions. Permanent Hole Covering have high puncture resistance, which is important for foot-well applications (tesa® 54339 and tesa® 54338) and maximum flexibility that is important for curved surface applications (tesa® 54657). Permanent Hole Covering Solutions are used in the passenger compartment with an optimized combination of special tesa® PET and cloth tape die cuts. These are also applied on engine compartment before and after paint.

We also provide products for temporary hole covering protection during PVC and paint coating, which are easy and fast to remove. These are applied outside the car body to protect them from PVC coating, allowing easy and fast removal before and after oven

The recently expanded tesa Hole Covering product range can also be used at the assembly line. On visible car areas, the use of die cuts made from a black structured PVC tape (tesa® 54190) is recommended.
