These provide a very firm bond on different surfaces such as painted surfaces, steel, aluminum and many plastics. Best known for excellent resistance against exposure to high and low temperatures & UV radiation, tesa Laser Labels fulfill the legal and OEM-specific regulations of the automotive industry. This is why; these are ideally suitable as tamper proof identification labels for the entire vehicle lifetime. Due to the high-contrast and double-layered structure of the material, the labeling can be carried out with Nd: YAG or a C0₂ Laser.

Our tesa® laser transfer film enables tamper-resistant encoding of car window panes with vehicle-specific data. As opposed to conventional glass identification, this happens without the use of corrosive substances and without mechanical influence to the glass. This unique method makes flexible glass marking possible in automotive production for the first time.

The cross-linked acrylic film is ideally suited for long lasting and high-resistance identification. The high-contrast and high-resolution laser label ensures that the label is correctly read and gives flexibility in terms of content and dimension configuration. The high degree of design variety including fonts, bar codes and detailed graphics is achieved simultaneously while the desired format is cut.
