Piston pumps

• From 500 lpm (ltrs/min) to 10,000 lpm capacity

• This pump operates on Rotary plunger principle .
• The eccentrically rotating cam is rigidly connected to the driving shaft and moves the piston along the inner wall of the pump chamber.
• Hollow inner space of the slide valve is permanently open to the suction port
• The displaced air is sealed and swept away only to get compressed and expelled through the outlet valve.

Vane pumps

• From 30 lpm to 1000 lpm capacity.

• These operate on the principle of rotating vanes.
• Vanes slide in a rotor with very high RPM and sweeps around the air that is captured through the inlet port, compress it and throw out to the exhaust valve.

• Every pump is equipped with gas ballast to prevent (up to a certain limit) condensation of pumped water vapor.
• Compact construction with directly couple flanged on motor.
• Reliability in continuous operation efficient pumping.
• Easy partial dismantling facility.
• "O"-ring sealed housing cover eliminate the danger of leakage even after frequent dismantling.
• In built in non-return lock prevent pump from running in the wrong direction .
• High pumping speeds even at low intake pressure.
• Capable of achieving an ultimate pressure up to a level of 2x10-4 mbar.
