Incepted in the year 1998, we are a wholly owned subsidiary of the MSS Group of Companies, UK. We are engaged in the manufacture and export of electrical insulators, precision forged components, precision pressed parts, copper forged components, electrical pressed parts and conductors utilizing the capability of our sophisticated production unit. Our products find wide application in various industries.

MSS India's manufacturing factory is based in Nasik, located 100 miles north to Mumbai making it an ideal location through good transportation links by air, road and rail, and excellent communication links by telephone, fax & Internet. Mumbai being India's financial capital is connected to all the world's major locations through sea and airports.

Modern Precision Press Shop: Power presses ranging from 20 T to 150 T capacity.

Machine Shop: Adequate for meeting stringent engineering application. Apart from conventional machines, high productive drilling & tapping machines and turning automats are used.

CNC Shop: CNC Busbar punching digital bending machine and vertical milling centre.

Brazing: Brazed sub-assemblies for brakers and conductor bars for the chemical plant are manufactured on specialized equipments and 125KVA vertical resistance brazing machines.

Assembly: In house semi automatic facilities for assembling of the products.

Consolidation: Induction heating machines ranging from up to 25 KVA for manufacturing the highly qualitative flexible and laminated connectors.

Lead Shop: We have set up a separate lead casting plant for manufacturing of bolted cell pillars with current output at approximately 7 million per year.

Office: Highly sophisticated administrative office interiors and building.

Stores: Separate storing facilities for all kinds of material such as raw material, WIP, and finished goods with different identification of grade, size and type.
