Kulfi Kesar Badam

at room temperature, Kulfi is an Indian ice-cream. The charm of the dessert is from the rich, creamy texture and the chewy texture which sets it apart from the usual ice cream

Tasty Tip:

Serve with Falooda and garnish with flakes of almonds.

Ingredients:

Milk Solids (51%), Sugar, Corn Starch, Dextrose Monohydrate,
Badam Powder, Cardamom Powder, Thickener INS 407, Saffron.
Contains permuted natural colours (INS 100 and INS 160o)

How To Cook:

  • Add 1 Cup of MTR Kulfi Mix to 2 cups of milk in a pan and stir well to remove lumps. Stir continuously. Bring it to boiling stage.
  • Simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Cool the mixture. Pour into Kulfi moulds. Place the moulds into refrigerator freezer for 2-3 hours till set.
  • Take the kulfi out of the moulds, garnish and serve.
