Mukesh Bhasin, a well known designer in Delhi is blessed with the most artistic and creative skills. In 1989, he opened dressmaking and tailoring unit of his own in Delhi. He struggled for many years to climb the stairs of success. He went to London in 1995 because of heavy demand of designer dresses in Indian and Pakistani community and became a fashion designer producing Indian ethnic clothes noted for taking up challenges and never leaving opportunities. He has made a great impact in the field of traditional, Indian fabric with the combination of rich colors. His designs are stylish and striking. His early training as production manager remained as a constant influence and much of his work reveals Indian ethnic culture.

He likes a natural drape and a structure that is correct in proportion. He applies the highest standard of creativity, integrity, quality and innovation to his products and concepts.

According to him, an artist needs to be artistic, creative and must possess ability to translate ideas into sketches. He says” In this industry, it is very important to have a keen sense of color, visual imagination and knowledge of market trends.”
