The Bran Cutter is the fundamental machine in the modern flour Bran Cutter process. The Pulverizer is supplied as a self-contained unit. The main Shaft is supported on ball bearings and carries the rotors disc on which are pivoted the steel hammers. The main casing is of a special MS iron. The special alloy steel hammers are made reversible so that they can be turned round when the leading face is worn out. Thus securing maximum life from hammers.

The machine is excellent for preliminary size reduction for fine grinding of soft to medium – hard materials.

Pulverizer is found more economical for general all round work. Basic grinding unit is built for continuous production depending on necessity. Its efficiency depends largely on mounting feed material discharge control and removal of ground material.
