The Computerized recruitment system (CRS)'s main objective is to address all the above needs, which helps in processing the recruitment quickly and accurately. The present application CRS is designed to handle any number of applicants for any number of positions/different cadres/any number of levels for any uniform forces.

Functionality :


The recruitment functionality starts from data entering of the each applied candidate using the user interface. If the candidate is eligible then the candidate called for venue to participate in the events. At the venue, all the events are knock-out stages. The candidates who are through all the events successfully are sent to written exam and Interview. A merit list is generated considering all the passed candidates. Finally from this Merit List, again selected candidates list is generated considering the available vacancies, reservations and backlogs for any number of positions/different cadres/any number of levels for any uniform forces.
