We design and develop a wide gamut of pressure sensing pneumatic proximity switches (Air Limiter) model PPS-01 that offers electrical signal during change over contact. These pneumatic proximity switches gives accuracy on the back pressure that are developed by the air jet contact on the object such as dimensioning, positioning, and working surfaces. These are also known as Part Seat Check Switch.

The distance perceived by this switch is dependent on the profile of the surface. This typically being 0.01-0.15mm.

Functions

• A pointer moving over a colour coded scale indicates coolant flow
• Adjustment is provided for setting at any flow rate up to 20 GPM. The pointer shows this settings and variations in a flow as they occur during operation
• The setting may be made so that the electrical switches will activate at points representing up to 40% under or over flow rates
