Fabricated Structure

Heavy Fabricated Structure facbricated by us are ideal for paint adhesion. These have sections fabricated from plate and are designed for minimum weight and optimum fire protection. We provide these structures with automatic material handing and automatic twin head welding. Following are some of the specifications of these fabricated structure:

• Service holes cut in beam webs as required
• Sections up to 18m long, 2.0m deep
• Shot blast to SA2.5 or higher grade
• Removal of all mill scale and rust particles
• Red-oxide or enamel painting lines (upto 150microns with enamel, epoxy and fire resistant coating)
