HOT AIR BLOWER The unit is provided with a hot air blower with Temperature Controller 30", 36", 42" and 48" coating machines have variable speed drive and hot air blowing system is built with the machine. 60" and 72" coating machines has dual speed with step pulley without hot air blowing system. Suitable hot air blowing system can be supplied separately on demand.

Working- Air generated by the powerful blower is passed through a fin tube radiator. The air which has now become hot is forced into the product container carries the product upward. This creates a very high fluidization effect, where each and every particle of the product comes into contact with the hot air. Due to this, heat transfer efficiency is increased and drying time is reduced considerably.
The conventional method of drying products in tray dryers is rather time consuming & troublesome they occupy large floor space. The product container shall have a hollander weave mesh screen at the bottom the container shall be mounted on a ss trolley with caster wheels which shall enable it to be moved around. The product container shall be lifted up to the ss 316 retaining chamber. It shall have an auto shaking device connected to the bags. All gaskets shall be of neoprene.
Shell and tube type heat exchanger is used for transferring heat from one fluid to another. It contains number of tubes enclosed in a close fitting cylindrical shell. One fluid flows inside and the other flows outside the tubes. How the ribbon blender works: A ribbon blender consists of a horizontal trough with a central shaft and a helical ribbon agitator. Mixing results from the turbulence induced by counteracting ribbons. There are two sets of counter acting ribbons - outer ribbon, inner ribbon. Both ribbons mounted on the same shaft. Ribbons has close trough clearance which provides a region of high shear force near the wall thereby achieving both bulk blending and dispersive mixing.
Ribbons are design to obtain complete and thorough mixing it is designed in such a way that along with vertical movement, material to be mixed will have to and fro motion. Diametric size of the ribbon keeps some proportion with the volume of the vessel so that the power required to drive the machine will be less. The ribbon causes all the matenal to circulate using only 5% of the power needed by the turbine.

Our vacuum shelf dryers are extensively used tor effective, efficient drying of pharmaceuticals, food and chemical products they are very useful in temperature sensitive, easily oxidized material, toxic material, valuable solvents dusty material and hygroscopic material. The heating arrangement - each shelf is connected by an individual flanged connection to a central manifold through which hot water or steam can be passed. The heating medium is passed around the shelves in a zig zag manner to facilitate uniform heating it also has an arrangement for hot water circulation around the body of the dryer.
Heat is transferred to the wet material by conduction through the shelf and bottom of the tray and by radiation from the shelf above vacuum shelf dryers are indirect-heated batch dryers. Our vibro separators are circular gyratory screens used to separate solids from solids and liquid from solid vibro sifter consists of specially designed motor mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of the screen. The screen is in between feeding hopper and bowl. The material is fed on to the centre of top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. This is achieved by specially designed vibratory motor along with eccentric top and bottom weights.
Working principle The top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the centre of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing the horizontal throw. Causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate. the bottom eccentric weight rotates below the centre of mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical and tangential plane. Increasing the vertical component of motion, this promotes turn over of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. Rugged springs placed over the circular motor base amplifies the vibration.
