Tray Dryer

Construction: Tray
Dryers will be of robust construction built on formed angles of 10 SWG sheet and
suitable reinforced with angles and sections. The dryers’ internal and external
wall are manufactured from 16 gauge thick mild steel sheets. The dryers will be
insulated with minimum 50mm thick glass wool insulation. The dryers will have a
fresh air inlet through filter and an adjustable air outlet with a door at the
front. The doors will be explosion proof and will be locked with the help of
spring loaded ball latches with suitable pressure.
Electrical
Heating: Air inside the tray dryer will be heated by ‘U’ tube air
heaters each of 1000 watts. Maximum temperature attained inside the dryer will
be 100/200/300 degree centigrade and will be indicated by a dial thermometer
fitted on the dryer.
Air Circulation: Air inside the dryer
will be circulated by one / two heavy duty axial flow fans fitted on shaft/s of
¾” / 1 ¼” Dia. and driven by 1 / 2 no/s. T.E.F.C. motors of suitable H.P. with
ISI mark through belt. The special design of the motor ensures uniform air
circulation, so that there is uniform air current over the entire charge loaded
inside the trolley, inside the dryer. We have 2 blowers of model DO-24 with a
capacity of 0.5H.P.
Trolley/Rack System: Models DO-12,
DO-24, have a fixed rack system made out of mild steel angles. Model DO-48 will
have one trolley. Model DO-96 will have 2 trolleys and DO-192 will have 4
trolleys and so on.
Trays: Trays will be manufactured
from 16 or 18 gauge aluminum sheets. Its dimensions are 32” X 16” X 1 ¼”. Trays
also available in SS304/SS316, PP and FRP.
Control
Panel: Control panel will be fitted on the front of the dryer. It
comprises of starter with overload relay, contactor, push buttons, thermostat,
indicating lamps, connectors etc.

Colloid Mill

“DIVYA” colloid mill is suitable
for homogenizing emulsifying dispersing, mixing, comminuting of liquids to
highly viscous products. It is based on rotor – stator principle, It is
available in plain as well as water jacketed in both STD & GMP
models. Operations:Product is feed to the operating area
of a rotor, having a speed of 3000 R.P.M by specially designed feed device. The
product is processed by high sheer, pressure and friction between the stator and
rotor, the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharges section. This
processed product continuously leaves the mill through the drain pipe, if
required, it can be re-circulated. Salient Features:All
contact parts are made out of S.S. 304 (S.S. 316 on demand at extra cost). No
castings are used to avoid contamination problems. Coupling provided between
motor shaft and rotor shaft for ease in maintenance. Three leak proof
neoprene sealing device between the motor and the processing chamber to prevent
liquid going in the motor winding. Modified design of semi concave teeth in
rotor and stator reduces motor h.p. and gives better performance in size
reduction without damaging the products. Extended bearing housing specially
designed to facilitate fine metal contact of rotor and stator. This unique
design provides smooth and consistence all around performance and long life of
rotor and stator.
- Three way cock system for draining and recirculation of the
liquids provided as standard. Extra discharge sprout provided as a standard for
viscous products.
- DOL starter with overload relay for protection against
single phasing and low voltage.
- Contact parts can be easily dismantled for
cleaning.
- Special design facilitates adjustments of the grinding gap by
exterior screw by means of handle even during operation.
- Flame proof motor
and Flame Proof rotary switch can be provided on request at extra cost.

Multi Mill

Operation:Multi mill is designed to utilize the principle of variable force of swing beaters
having both knife and impact edges, rotating within a selected screen to control
the particle reduction. Material fed into the processing chamber moves to the
periphery and passes through the screen radially and tangentially. Finally the
processed material gets collected into the container kept below the processing
chamber. Drive mechanism consisting of 3 HP. 440VAC, 3 Ph, 50 c/s, 1440
rpm TEFC electric drive motor. Drive through cone pulley mechanism giving speed
of 750/1500/2200/2800 rpm on no load. The above drive mechanism enclosed in a
M.S. housing with cover, S.S. rotor mechanism with proper bearing housing and
stuffing box. Rotor having 12 nos. knife / impact edges swinging type blades and
2 nos. scrapper blades, SS screen holding plate and one no. screen S.S.
dismantling hopper. Complete unit supported on M.S platform, portable type with
M.S. column. Unit complete with DOL starter, forward-reverse switch, drive
motor. All contact parts of SS304 and all M.S parts painted to a smooth finish,
for standard model, while in case of a GMP model all non contact parts shall be
of SS304 material or otherwise cladded with SS304 material. Options
