Dry Type Transformers

Ventilated dry type transformers offered by us are designed to provide totally maintenance free operations. These dry type transformers are also safe from fire as material used for manufacturing them are metals, ceramics, fibreglass and resin. As there is no usage of oil, these type of dry type transformers are also environment friendly.

Why automatic servo stabilizer:

Higher current affect electrical motors (particularly smaller capacity motors up to 7.5 H.P) in three ways:

RANGE 10 KVA TO 7000 KVA:

Plating Rectifiers

  • Manufactured using modern technology for Plating, Anodising & Hydrogenation applications

These plating rectifiers consist of three parts:

  • Double wound Transformer
  • Linear Rolling contacts type Regulators
  • Silicon Diode Cubicle

Features:

  • Designed to take up/absorb Spike/Surges produced in system
  • Suitable for 100% load for continuous duty cycle (are recommended to put 10% over load also)
  • Process efficiency of transformers used in Rectifier increases to more than 95%
  • Ripple contents of Rectifier will not more than 5% of value
