Our range includes wax safety matches, cardboard matches, book matches, match skillets, big size matches, promotional match box etc. These are acclaimed for their smooth striking surface, single strike ignition, longer burning time, and resistance to dampness. Our match boxes are widely used for domestic and commercial purposes and have acquired a reputation in both Indian as well as international markets. By making use of quality material such as wood, wax, paraffin, chlorate, sulfur, paraffin, and phosphorus, we are manufacturing match boxes and match sticks. Our range comprises of wax safety matches, cardboard matches, book matches, match skillets, big size matches, promotional match box, match splints with head and others. These matches are manufactured by us in compliance with ISO, ISI, CE Marking and Bureau of Indian Standard. All our match boxes are featured with safe usage and easy lighting. Following are the specifications of our match boxes:

• No of sticks/box: 40 splints/box-average
• Head of splints: Black, brown, red
• Sides: Dotted strips
• Brand: Kappi, Gudia

In addition, we use popular Matti and Aspin wood for the production of splints. Our splint types are carborised and damp proof and available with brown, black, blue or different chemical heads as requested by the clients.

The packaging of our match boxes is done using Kraft paper, packet, polythene bags, and fly carton, as per customer’s specifications.

We have an advanced manufacturing unit, which helps us to produce  the match boxes and match sticks as per high quality standards. Our manufacturing unit is located in Gudiyatham, Tamil Nadu and spread over a wide area of 55,000 Sq Feet. This has substantial production capacity of 20000 Cartons per month and is capable to fulfill the bulk orders within the stipulated time-frame. We ensure that our manufacturing unit is up-to-date with modern machines and hence we have made huge investments for the same. Following are some of the machines used in our unit:

• Match making machine
• Box filling machine
• Inner & outer combining machine
• Dozen packing machine
• High speed inner machine
• Splints polisher machine

These machines are imported by us from Arenco machines, Sweden and from China. These facility enables us to make our match boxes in large quantities and meet the demands of clients within a short notice period. We have tie-up with the famous printing unit for designing our brands.

Our factory is located near the two famous sea ports including Chennai port, which is 4 hours far away from our factory and Tuticorin port, which is 8 hours far away from our factory. The proximity of sea ports assist us to dispatch our finished products at clients' destination within set time period. These factories are also equipped with latest testing labs.


We also have well-maintained R&D set up and quality monitoring system that help in product development and to adapt with the changing market demands.

For this, our experts make use of quality material such as craft paper, packet, printed polythene bags, and fly carton. They pack the match boxes and sticks in printed Kraft paper, with 10 match boxes in a packet

The packaging is also available in printed polythene bags of 10*10. For wholesale orders, we provide the packets in a 3 fly carton- of 10*10*10.  We also make sure that our match boxes are delivered within the stipulated time period to their destination. For this, we have an efficient transportation setup which includes modern and fuel-efficient vehicles. This helps us to ensure safe and timely delivery of consignments.
