Vacuum Bright Annealing Furnace : Pit Type & Bell Type of different capacity like 750 Kg/ 1000 Kg per charge, copper etc. having 35 KW & 45 KW heating load.
Annealing Furnace : Pit Type for MS wire, capacity - 1000 Kg per charge - 48 KW.
Stress Relieving Furnace : Bogie Hearth Type, capacity up to 4 MT per charge.
Curing/Bonding Oven : Chamber Type, for BOPP covered wire.
Heat Sealer for BOPP Tape and Film, Horizontal Type.

Slitting Machine

We make slitting machines for paper and films. Our range varies 500, 750, 1000 mm width of paper and film roll. Slitting capacity is 4 mm to 20 mm or as required with different types of cutters and printing attachment.

Taping Machine

We design and manufacture taping machines, paper covering, mica covering and nomex covering and other insulating machines for copper and aluminium wire and for strips as per customer requirement ranging from double paper to 19 paper covering machine. There are different models like vertical paper covering machine for wire and horizontal multi lapping machine for strip and thicker wire. Range for wire 14 to 21 swg and for strip up to 90 sq. mm.

Glass Covering and Varnish Bonding Plant

We design and manufacture varnish bonding plant and glass yarn covering plant for copper and aluminium wire and strip as per customers requirement. There are different models like vertical double glass yarn covering machine for wire and horizontal glass yarn covering and varnish bonding plant for strip and thicker wire. Range for wire 14 to 21 swg and for strip up to 90 sq. mm. We also make cheese winding machine for making glass yarn cheese suitable for plant.

Enamelling Plant

We design and manufacture enamelling plant conventional as well as with catayst arrangement for copper and aluminium wire and strip as per customer requirement. Our range of enamelling plants and machines includes:

Verical Wire Enamlling Plant - 8/10/12 lines. Range - Medium-14 to 25swg, Thicker-13 to 6swg.
Vertical Single Line / Double Line Strip Enamelling Plant - 1/2 lines/14 passes for strip 60 sq mm.
Horizontal Wire Enamelling Plant - 6/12 lines/7 passes; range - 26 to 40 swg wire. Common as well as Individual Furnaces.
