We manufacture and supply water treatment plants such as wastewater treatment systems, commercial wastewater treatment system, wastewater treatment plant, package wastewater treatment plant and various packages for treatment of water and wastes. We also provide installation and training for these systems while providing our clients with full technical and advisory support. Our wastewater treatment systems have been developed after extensive research and development through treatability and pilot plant studies and applications in practical situations. Each plant designed by us is an improvement over the previous one as we expand our technological expertise with each new project. We provide cost effective solutions while we maintain the compact size of our plants to keep capital expenditures low. We provide interface of automation with our package systems and our aim is to achieve un-manned systems.

Our wastewater treatment systems are applicable to a wide spectrum of wastewaters ranging from sewage to the most toxic industrial effluents and are comprised of :

Equalization and Auto-neutralization


  • On-line equalization to blend various streams of wastewater and to attenuate hourly variations
  • Equalization systems are designed by computer simulations using input flows and characteristics.
  • Software generates expected outflow parameters and their variations, which are used as inputs for design of downstream processes
  • OFF-LINE equalization is provided for highly toxic or concentrated streams to further dampen variability of on-line equalized effluent.
  • For sewage treatment systems, equalization is provided to cover morning and evening peak discharges and to provide a steady flow lo the plant.
  • Screening and other essential pre-treatments are provided upstream of the equalization tank.

Neutralization and or Chemical Coagulation and Precipitation

  • Industrial effluents in which chemical solutions are injected into a static mixer which is a Stainless steel or HDPE tube with a static mixing element.
  • A mix of chemicals is injected by a set of metering pumps into the static mixer to enable vigorous mixing with the incoming effluent.
  • The mix de-stabilizes color and suspended colloids and renders the same amenable to flocculation.
  • Dissolved color producing compounds are adsorbed on the active floe formed by the chemicals injected.
  • Heavy metals are precipitated by the maintaining the pH in the optimal range.
  Advantages of the static mixer :
  • Utilizes residual head of the raw effluent pump thereby saving power.
  • Elimination of moving parts simplifies maintenance.
  • Hydraulic short-circuiting is eliminated and complete utilization of chemicals is ensured.
Flocculation

It is the agglomeration of coagulated colloids by the introduction of a velocity gradient thereby increasing the chances of inter-particle contact and agglomeration.
  • The effluent is made to flow in a serpentine manner through a pipe with internal baffles.
  • Colloids remaining in suspension in the flocculator grow in size due to agglomeration.
  • Bigger particles settle faster than smaller ones as settling velocity is proportional to the square of the diameter of the particle (Stokes' Law).
  • The agglomeration of particles enables them to settle faster in the next unit, which is the lamella plate settler.
  • Advantages of the coiled pipe flocculator are similar to those of a static mixer.
Lamella Clarification

Wastewater flows up through a pack of parallel (lamella) plates where it is divided into the various lamella plates. Due to drastically shortened settling depth by the division of the settling volume, settling time is reduced by factors of 8-10 times.




Conventional Wastewater Treatment Plant

We manufacture and supply conventional wastewater treatment plant which require project duration of 4-8 months depending on the scope of work to be done. This conventional wastewater treatment plant requires massive capital investment and large area of land. The duration of the project is more because these plants also require large amount of civil work. The land cannot be reclaimed as these conventional wastewater treatment plant cannot be shifted elsewhere.

As opposed to conventional treatment plants these plants require lower capital investment and are compact systems which can be accommodated almost anywhere. These package wastewater traetment plant are assembled at our shop and installed on site therefore they require minimal civil work. The system is functional within 24 hrs. of installation and are assembled and delivered in merely 4-8 weeks. Other advantages are :
