Some of the prominent equipments includes Computer network controlled Rheometer for Compound analysis, cure characteristic study and other related process studies, Tensometer, Digital Tensile Tester for testing tensile strength, elongation at break, Tear Strength, Modulus , Breaking Strength of Cord etc., Universal testing machine for testing metal to rubber bond strength, Deflection, Composite Strength, deformation characteristics etc., Durometers of shore A and D for hardness measurements, Digital Temperature controlled Air ageing oven for ageing tests and product life prediction, Muffle furnace, Compression set and tensile set equipment, Load-Deflection test equipment, Computerized Compression machine, Computerized networked Endurance Testing/ Fatigue testing machine for dynamic vibration product testing, Burst Pressure & Air vacuum Pressure testing instruments for hoses etc., Abrasion Testing equipments, Low Temperature Brittleness test machine, Ozone Chamber, Melting Point Apparatus, Elcometer, Visual dimension check magnifying glasses, Chemical apparatuses, Spirit Lamp, Bore gauge, Height Gauges, Digital Vernier calipers, Single pan electronic balance, Beam balance, Specific Gravity meter, Various gauzes, Scales etc.
The Laboratory can test Raw materials, In Process Materials and Finished products and can retrieve specific data for all batches of production for a prolonged period. It is also involved in Design & development and product improvement programs for various customers.
