Coconut oil was developed as a commercial product by merchants in the South Seas and South Asia in the 1860s. We offer 100% pure coconut oil properly packed in pouches to ensure that the quality remain unaffected. We offer premium quality coconut oil maintaining its tastes, look and aroma. We at Namratha Oil refineries offer 100% refined coconut oil in pouches maintaining all the international quality standards to meet the needs and requirements of our esteemed clients. These products are thoroughly inspected by our quality inspectors before packing them in pouches to ensure that we deliver flawless products at customer’s site.

We offer coconut de oiled powder with a residual oil content of 0.5 to 1.5 %. The oil is extracted from the rough-ground product by chemical solvent to leave a residue, de oiled cake. We make use of n-hexane as an extraction solvent which readily removable from the extracted product to ensure that we deliver untainted and pure product.

Our unmodified and unadulterated coconut oil is freshly derived from copra which is manufactured without compromising slightly with the quality. Our product undergoes RBD process which ensures the purity by refining, bleaching and deodorization. In manufacturing of our product we follow either of the two following methods:

• Mechanically extracting coconut oil from dried coconut meat.
• The oil is extracted by screw pressing from Copra which is formed naturally from drying and storing of matured coconut with husk.

Coconut cake is the residue left after the extraction of oil from copra by solvent process. These cakes have 4 to 5 % residual oil content left as the residual after extraction from copra. We have the facility to offer them in custom packaging as per the weight and requirements of our clients. Our foods are in strong demand all over the world adapting well to its numerous application.

We ensure to offer hygienically packed & timely delivered Copra. Copra is also known as dried coconut. Our product has protein content and is widely used for extracting pure oil. Copra can be made by smoke drying, sun drying or kiln drying from the stored coconut with husk.

Our refined coconut oil undergoes RBD (refined, bleached, and deodorized) process before being offered to our valued customers. The coconut oil is derived from dried coconut meat known as copra.
