Our power transformers are specially designed to suit the requirements of varied utilities such as MPEB, MSEDCL (MSEB) and Karnataka Electricity Board. Our transformers are supplied in large scale to Generating stations and Wind Mills.

We manufacture power transformers for low losses and high efficiency with capacity and voltage ratio ranging from 10 Mva 22/11Kv, 5Mva 33/11 Kv and 3.15 Mva 33/11 Kv with OLTC, tested by CPRI. These are designed for uniform surge distribution on HV coil.

We offer highly efficient distribution transformers that conform to IS: 2026, IEC: 60076 specifications. The transformer capacity ranges from 100 Kva up-to 3000Kva and voltage ratio such as 11/0.433, 22/0.433 and 33/0.433KV. We provide OLTC (On Load Tap Changers) and Dual Ratio as per the specifications of our clients. These transformers are strictly quality tested on various parameters of Core losses, Impedance, Continuity test and others.

The transformers are provided with cable termination boxes of adequate sizes for indoor units and bushings on HT side for outdoor units that include building complexes, industrial houses, defense establishments, research institutes and many more.

We have developed a range of compact designed and cost-effective Dry Type (Vacuum Pressure Impregnated-VPI) Distribution Transformers to suit the purpose of application in Malls, Petro-chemical Complexes and other hazardous locations. These transformers are suitable for indoor as well as outdoor application and are manufactured as per the global standards.

The Vacuum Pressure Impregnated (VPI) Dry type Transformers have capacity ranging up-to 2500KVA 33KV grade. These transformers have an advantageous feature of higher output by force air cooling and serviceability of particular coils, with the elimination of periodical filtration and overhauling.

We offer a custom built range of transformers for Rectifier applications and Converters. The transformers are designed with varied pulses to suit the technical specifications of our clients and the purpose of application. The transformers have a capacity of 10 KADC and are provided with six or twelve pulses with double star IPT.

Our range of V-connected transformers is highly used where there is a need for conversion from 3 phases to single phase. Even SCO TT connected transformers are used wherein there is a conversion from 3 phases to 2 phases or single phase. There is an imbalance in such a situation of conversion and hence to correct the same, our range proves highly effective. Our transformers have a capacity that ranges up-to 33Kv 5Mva.

Our V-connected and SCO TT Connected Transformers are extensively used in welding, furnace and forging units in steel plants and continuous process plants.

We offer a wide range of furnace transformers that has varied capacities up-to 10MVA and finds extensive applications in Arc Furnace, Induction and other industrial processes. These transformers are manufactured as per the international standards and specifications and adhere to the ISO quality parameters. Such a high performance and efficient unit is provided with on/off cooling facility to meet the exact requirements of our clients.

The effective range of earthing grounding transformers finds wide usage for grounding of the neutral HV windings available with a capacity ranging upto 33Kv. The transformers are used in big substations and establishments to ensure improved earthing facility. These transformers are manufactured with special Vector Groups and feature low maintenance and longer life.

Due to increasing cost of land in urban regions and safety restrictions imposed by utilities and local bodies, we have developed our range of compact designed unitizing sub-stations with safe operation widely used in malls, high rise residential complexes and high rise commercial complexes. The substations are provided with a canopy to make it suitable for outdoor installation and conform to the safety measures as per Electrical Inspectorate.

Our range consists of HT incoming switchgear such as RMU/VCB and a Dry-type transformer and compact LT switch gear such as ACB and SFU’s as per the requirement of the application.

We offer effective emergency services for correcting faults or failures faced by our end users. Also to meet the contingency we make sure in providing prompt repair services and spares to replace the obsolete parts of the transformer. To meet the urgent requirements, we offer our clients with transformers to replace the faulty ones for a nominal rent.

We provide repair services at our Khopoli plant, located adjacent to the Express Highway for taking up repair services of high capacity Power Transformers upto 50 MVA 132KV of utilities like MSEDCL, MPPKVVC Ltd, GEB and BEST etc.

We have a separate division for undertaking turnkey projects and offer consultancy services that include the services of Turnkey Contracting in the field of Electrical Sub-stations. We also take up annual maintenance contract for products and entire electrical installations along with testing and commissioning of the same.
