Our range strictly adhere to IS and CBIP specification and therefore caters to clients all over India. We provide power distribution transformers both oil cooled and air cooled type ranging from 15KVA to 5000 KVA upto 11KV/22KV/33KV class. Our range includes Copper Wound oil Cooled Transformers, Aluminum Wound oil Cooled Transformers, Dry Type Transformers, Boost Type Transformers, Special Type Transformers, HT Metering Cubicles, LBS & Distribution Boxes and HT/LT Panels. Our client has the complete right to interfere in designing of the transformer and discus design details such as (any specification changes, system conditions like over – loads, sure voltage and others). He may also participate is stage inspections to ensure the quality.

• Each transformer is designed and tested as per IS 2026 / IS1 180, IEC 76, BS 171 besides specific needs of customer.
• Only high electrical grade Kraft paper and press board as per IS 1576 is used.
• The insulation material used in checked for high dielectric strength, moisture retardation, good ageing properties, compatibility with transformer oil and high temperature withstand capacity.
• We make use of insulating oil which is off of low viscosity with good resistance
• Core is constructed from cold rolled grain oriented low loss electrical grade lamination confirming to the latest IS.
• The laminations are checked for physical characteristics such as degree of waviness and any variations in thickness, insulation coating before core assembly.

All our standard designs upto 250 KVA is type tested and other transformers can also be arranged for CPRI tests at very nominal charges. The tests are as follows:
