Our organization is managed by Mr. Mayur Sanghvi and Mr. Sudhakar Sonawane. They are the main pillars of our organization and are responsible for directing entire activity.

Mr. Mayur Sanghvi-Director

He is the director of this company and monitors the activities of different departments. Mr. Sanghvi is a B.E. (Mechanical) from M.I.T. (Pune). Further, from The George Washington University (Washington D.C.), he has completed his master degree in information system. He believes that the perfect combination of youth and experience will drive this organization towards the path of success. Moreover, he is confident that his knowledge of IT can be applied across all Verticals including manufacturing.

Mr. Sudhakar Sonawane - V.P. Production

Mr. Sudhakar Sonawane is the Vice President of the production department of this company. His holds experience of 20 years, in manufacturing and fabrication process. Moreover, he is well versed with different industrial applications such as trailers, boilers and shell manufacturing.

We are one of the most trusted manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of Tippers, Tipper Trailers and Haulage Trailers. In addition to these, we also provide Waste Management Solutions to the clients. Manufactured using ST – 44 / 52 steel, these After Chassis Products are extremely durable. These products find application in engineering, construction and logistic industries. We also offer these products to the clients in different specifications at industry leading prices.

Our range of Tippers, Tipper Trailers and Haulage Trailers is manufactured using superior quality steel. We use ST – 44 / 52 steel, with min. yield strength of 340 N/mm2. Our organization purchases steel from reputed steel companies such as Essar Steel, Tata Steel, SAIL, Ispat and Jindal. These are well-known companies holding vast market reputation. After procuring steel from these companies, we start our production process. The raw material are used for the production purpose according to the grades.

We are one of the renowned names engaged in providing Tippers, Tipper Trailers and Haulage Trailers to the clients. Effective after sales & support is also provided by us for convenient usage of our range. At Gandhidham, Mundra, Goa, Vizag and Bangalore, we have sister concerns or branch associates, from where repair facility can be availed. We have our head office situated at Navi Mumbai. Sister concerns that we have are responsible for structural warranty. Moreover, we will be acquiring the dealership network of HYVA India Pvt. Ltd. for hydraulic spares and repair. Apart from Vidarbha region, for the state of Maharashtra, our sister concern Synergy (India) is an authorized HYVA Dealer.

We believe in constant progress and aim to have a national footprint within next 3 years. For a variety of transport solutions like Load Bodies, Reefers, Tippers and Haulage Trailers, we are a preferred partner to all Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). Presently, we have two units at Navi Mumbai and are planning to set up a Greenfield facility in the next 6 months. In order to bring latest technologies within the transportation industry in India, we are looking for joint ventures. Moreover, we are planning to enter into exports.

Our quality controllers strictly monitor every stage of production, so that flawless range is delivered to the clients. The products are tested on the basis of durability, finish and resistant to corrosion. Moreover, we implement ISO 9001 standards in our production process, which increases our credibility in the market.

We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure that is spread in 4000 sq. mtrs in Navi Mumbai. Our infrastructure comprises two manufacturing units, design center, machine shop, quality control wing and training room. Latest machines are installed in both manufacturing units, which help us in delivering quality range of range of Tippers, Tipper Trailers and Haulage Trailers.

Skilled workers are appointed by us to operate and maintain these machines. Moreover, in our quality control unit, the products are tested before being supplied in the open market.
