The side panels of these trailers are manufactured using 4 mm thick steel for maximum durability. Furthermore, the panels are reinforced by front, rear and intermediate stiffeners. Hoist	Hyva make FE-169-4-4940 or Equivalent Front End Cylinder, Oil tank, Air control valve, Necessary hoses and fittings, Body clamps.
King Pin	GF/JOST/FUWA or any equivalent make king pin of dia 50.8 mm With retention plate. As per IS6763 Part-I provided. Material En-19 or equivalent.
Landing Legs	2 Speed landing legs: Hyva HCL 25TB/Jost/Fuwa/any equivalent.
Axles	ANG Tandem Axle AX-30 series Track 1816 mm Also available with TATA /Yorke / FUWA/Meritor/SAF/BPW Axles 08 Nos. 7.5 x 20 Disc wheel rims 08 Nos. Tyre of size 1000 x 20 - 16 ply make CEAT- HCL Super or equivalent.

Brakes	Dual liner Brakes system coupled to Tractor Brake System. Pneumatic pipe and installation items and palm couplings. Brake Booster Type 20 (LH) Type 20 (RH) system.

Tri Axle Cum Tipper Trailer
