- Available in various sizes ( up to Module 20, Center Distance 17 inch, Worm Wheel O.D. 800 mm, Start 10 ), these Worm Gears are designed to provide high angular velocity between the non intersecting shafts and perfect for accurate transmission of torque.

We offer Drop Forged Forked Link Chains (102 - 216 mm Pitch) for applications like heavy duty drag chain conveyor, wet scraper, boiler feeder, ash handling conveyor, ESP dust conveyor, en-masse conveyor, reclaimer & intermediate carrier etc. These chain links are manufactured from heat treatable carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel having breaking strength up to 600 kN. Salient features of our chain links are:

• Closed die drop forged to attain compact grain construction
• Inner portion of fork precisely machined ensuring minimized friction and wear
• Inside load bearing pivots inductively hardened
• Case Hardened RC 57 for abrasive application
• Through hardened for higher U.T.S. to bear impact load
• Duly normalized and stress relieved to impart optimum breaking strength

With in a complete curtain of chain, flights and scraper blades are usually incorporated at every single or predetermined pitch to configure various application. Forged Block Chain Links can also be developed as per customized requirement.
