About Us

The company was started in October' 1999. Mr. Kishore Moholkar and Mr. Sachin Pandkar have started the company. Both the partners having more than 7 years experience in Ultrasonic Plastic Welding at that time.
The company was basically started to provide services in field of Ultrasonic Plastic Welding and producing related tooling. Soon the need for production of indigenous Ultrasonic Plastic Welding machine came into view and company started production of Ultrasonic Plastic joining systems Some prestigious customers are

M/s IIT Kanpur, M/s Kirloskar Brothers, M/s Wipro, GE Medical Systems,
M/s Kinetic Communication Systems, IFB Autolive, OEM of exide industries, tata motors, mahindra & mahindra.

Our office and Electronics testing department is at Indrayaninagar, Bhosari in industrial area of Pune , of Maharashtra state and Mechanical works are at Warje Malwadi Pune. Just now near about fifteen persons are working with us and some work has been outsourced. Our Electronics Department has all major testing facilities. And also having trained personnel to carry testing work. All testing methods have been developed according to ISO procedures . Also all parts are thoroughly tested before dispatch to give customer reliability. All major used parts are branded parts and necessary parts are imported. There is always spares stock to provide immediate service if any case required.

our workshop has good enough machineries for machine mfg. As well as for toolings, Crtical toolings like titanium & critical shapes are also work out with ease with our experts. This is being done with precise tolerances & good finishes. we manufacture different type transducers in-house which are heart of ultrasonic systems.

The company produces different types of Ultrasonic and other Plastic Welding machines, Tube Sealing and Fabric Sealing Systems, fabric cutting systems, ultrasonic liquid processors, ultrasonic cleaning machines,? in frequency range of 20 KHz and 30 KHz. Ultrasonic hand held spot welding machines, ultrasonic ribbon cut & seal systems. Besides this we can also produce custom built machines if required with special features.
