The machine is designed for automatic efficient shot blasting to de-scale and remove rust from job rotating on Rotating Turn Table. The Job is loaded on Door mounted Turn Table & fed in the Blasting Cabinet where they are blasted inside the chamber. The Job is loaded on the rotating table where they are blasted inside the work chamber (blast cabinet). After blasting, the shots fall down inside the hopper of the cabinet and are gravity fed to the lower screw conveyor. The screw conveyor conveys the shots from the cabinet tot the boot of the bucked elevator, which in turns lifts the shots and feed them to a rotating screen. The usable shots, unusable shots (fine) and heavy dust will be filtered through the screen and unusable shots (bigger size) and other big particles will stay on the screen and should be removed through refuse pipe time to time.

This is the most used after & the most flourishing series for the long structural, channels, angles, plates, gratings, pipe etc. for large production output in terms of surface treatment. The opening of the tunnel & numbers of blast wheels, depend upon the structure of the job for attaining homogeneous finish.

Essential Elements:

• Construction of Working Chamber : The heavy duty all welded cabinet is manufactured out of prime quality heavy duty steel plate and mounted on sturdy and rigid structural steel frame work. Manganese steel liners are fitted in direct and indirect blast zone of the cabinet (complete lining).

• Blast Wheel Assembly : The rotor is made out of EN grade material duly hardened. The drive system of blast wheel (rotor) entails a set of self-lubricated and self-aligning pedestal bearings. The rotor is dynamically balanced.

• Abrasive Circulation System for continuous & trouble free operation.

• Pulse Jet type Dust Collection System : Dust Collector is provided to suck the dust from blasting cabinet. The filter bags of dust collector are made out of a non-woven PTEE pleated bags for low dust emission level.

• Roller Conveyor is provided at inlet and outlet of blasting cabinet driven by suitable variable AC drive.

The machine is engineered for inline cleaning of external surface of LPG Cylinders for reputed customers. The machine is simple to operate with minimum maintenance and operator has to simply load and unload the cylinders on rotating Diabolic rollers. The Steel Shots are used as blast cleaning media. The external surface of metallic LPG Cylinders are required to be blast cleaned to remove rust, corrosion & prepare the surface for thermal coating and painting. The machine is highly productive and featured with Diabolic rollers arrangement, 2 high speed blasting wheels, shot recovery and cleaning system, dry dust collection unit and control panel. The machine is suited for continuous working. The LPG Cylinders are placed on motorized diabolic roller arrangement, which moves the cylinders forward as well as rotates inside the blast chamber. The cylinders are exposed to the shot stream through the twin blast wheel assembly for blast cleaning. The dust created during blasting is separated & collected in fabric bag dust collector and clean air is discharged to atmosphere keeping the environment clean and eco-friendly.
