Dock Levelers

Salient Feature

• Top of Platform will be of MS Chequered Plate of 6 mm thickness.
• Main structure will be made of heavy gauge MS IMC section & ISMB sections of Standard make. Platform will reinforced suitably by MS ISMC section.
• All Pivots and pins made of EN 24 grounded will be fitted with large bearing with phosphor bronze bushes and provided with grease nipples at all moving points.
• Adequate stiffeners will be provided in torsion box between sets to minimize uneven bearing loading to eccentric loading.
• The Leveler shall be raised or lowered by two single acting hydraulic cylinders.
• Lip shall be operated by one double acting cylinder fitted in platform itself.
• Electro Hydraulic Power Pack shall be operated by three phase AC 440V motor and shall be accommodated near the equipment.
• In case of power failure, top platform will freeze instantaneously.
• High pressure flexible hose assembly will be double wire.
• Oil level view glass shall be provided on hydraulic tank.
• Electric motor will be protected from overload and short circuit by providing suitable motor protection circuit breakers
• Equipment will be  painted with enamel according to the customer’s demand  with black Zebra bands.
