We are experts at manufacturing drums of any kind and size. We manufacture mild steel, stainless steel, galvanized and epoxy coated drums with capacities ranging from 10 kgs. to 100 kgs. These drums are used in the packaging of ink, paint, chemicals, wax and wine and many more. Special coatings can be provided as per the requirements of the clients. Our standard sizes are 10 ltrs, 20 ltrs, 25 ltrs, 50 ltrs and 100 ltrs. For bulk drugs, bearings, chemicals and special inks which require special packaging we provide open top drums and many more innovative packaging solutions. Our drums have special features such as :

 

• Super Clean Drums - Due to unique manufacturing processes and by using prime clean CRCA steel sheets we achieve a residue level contained at 2 milligram maximum (generally below 1mg). This ensures that contamination is contained and the packaged products are safe.
• Guaranteed 100% Leak Proof: Our drums are guaranteed against any leakage even slow leaks or leaks and seepage that develop later even months after packing.
• Higher Strength: Specially designed hydraulic drum expander stretches each drum to strengthen the drum and provide higher dent resistance.
• ISI Marked: We are the 1st company in Western India region to get license from BIS to use Standards Mark. Our drums are provided with ISI mark to vouch for their quality and strength.
• Superior Finish: Automatic hot airless sprays are used to paint our drums and then they are oven baked. This Superior pretreatment and painting prevents rust formation, eruption and slow deterioration of paint finish commonly seen in other drums.
• Multicolor Printing (up to 6 colors available).
• Unmatched Lacquering: Lacquering is done using automatic hot airless spray and then the drums are oven baked. High quality epoxy ensures superior lacquer finish.

We specialize in manufacturing drums that are epoxy coated on the inside as well as the outside. An automatic spray gun is used for the coating process, which provides equal micron coating on the entire surface. This technology is not available in other companies. A separate facility is provided for paint/epoxy baking for Stoving Paint of exterior paints. Our Traveling Oven with automated temperature controller with PLC control device maintains the optimum temperature.

Tin plates are preferred for packaging and preserving perishables like vegetables, processed foods, fruit juices, dairy and marine products and edible oils. Due to the non reactive property of tin they are also used for products such as paints, chemicals and seeds. Tinplate cans also called green cans have become an environment friendly option for packaging due to the technological developments and printing techniques. We manufacture and supply tin containers for packaging of processed foods which are open top sanitary cans and general purpose cans for non food items.

We fabricate power transformer tanks for power sub-stations and heavy industry power supplies. We work from the product design upwards to fabricate entire structures which include detailed work such as component fitting, hardware and installation of the pre fabricated radiator cooling package. North East Fabricators are specialists at manufacturing customized transformer tanks with well over 20 years of experience in this industry. 

To manufacture our transformer tanks which are huge structures we have a massive cellular manufacturing facility covering an area of 85000 sq. ft. to handle the tanks we have large pulleys and transporting hoists to allow maneuverability. Our expert welding personnel oversee each fine detail of the manufacturing process. The large finished tanks are transferred to our finishing department and custom painted with the clients’ signature company color for product recognition.
