We work from the product design upwards to fabricate entire structures which include detailed work such as component fitting, hardware and installation of the pre fabricated radiator cooling package. To manufacture our transformer tanks which are huge structures we have a massive cellular manufacturing facility covering an area of 85000 sq. ft. to handle the tanks we have large pulleys and transporting hoists to allow maneuverability. Our expert welding personnel oversee each fine detail of the manufacturing process. The large finished tanks are transferred to our finishing department and custom painted with the clients’ signature company color for product recognition.

We manufacture transformer vessels which are Inert Line Vessels and Reaction Vessels. These are fabricated from high quality of steel that includes stainless and carbon steel, lined with glass, rubber or FRP. These vessels find application in a variety of industries such as food-processing, pharmaceutical and cosmetic. Our vessels can be custom designed as per our client’s requirements.

These Current Transformer and Potential Transformers or CT- PT combined unit are metering units designed for monitoring single-phase and three-phase power line voltages in power. Our CT/PTs are free from defects and available as dry type or oil immersed. The metering unit consists of:

To identify the drums as per their applications the drums are sprayed with different colors. Clients can select from an existing range of colors while Weng Meng help spray the drums with the requested color.

• Unmatched Lacquering: Lacquering is done using automatic hot airless spray and then the drums are oven baked. High quality epoxy ensures superior lacquer finish.

These drums are used for storing highly hazardous chemicals/ strong solvents/ fragrance as Galvanization protects the metal of the drums from getting corroded. An internal coating of zinc protects products from reacting with mild steel drums. These drums are weather resistant therefore can be used to store products outdoors. We also provide customized drums to our clients as per their requirements.

We specialize in manufacturing drums that are epoxy coated on the inside as well as the outside. An automatic spray gun is used for the coating process, which provides equal micron coating on the entire surface. This technology is not available in other companies. A separate facility is provided for paint/epoxy baking for stoving of exterior paints. Our Travelling Oven with automated temperature controller with PLC control device maintains the optimum temperature.

Tinplates are preferred for packaging and preserving perishables like vegetables, processed foods, fruit juices, dairy and marine products and edible oils. Due to the non reactive property of tin they are also used for products such as paints, chemicals and seeds. Tinplate cans also called green cans have become an environment friendly option for packaging due to the technological developments and printing techniques. We manufacture and supply tin containers for packaging of processed foods which are open top sanitary cans and general purpose cans for non food items.

We manufacture high grade metal flanges which are fabricated as per standardized dimensions. These steel fanges can be used in many industries such as chemical industries, transformer industries and thermo flasks. We can also provide custom made flanges as required by the clients.
