(Double Chambered Oil Expeller NEC-1)

We offer terrific quality Double chambered oil expeller particularly designed for in single crushing operation. Ground Nuts, Linseeds, Copra, Mustard Seed and Plum Karnels require single crushing operation while a Poppy Seed, Rape Seed and Sun Flower Seed requires double operation.

Owing to its unmatched features, only a minimal amount of 5 % to 7 % oil is left in the oil cake. Single or double steam jacket is provided with according to the particular area, wet or dry climate. Gear box is properly mounted and checked with dial indicator to ensure ideal zero alignment of wrom shaft and presence of impeccable chamber ensures better crushing and optimum output from the mechanism.

Bed

To guarantee perfect stability the bed is fabricated from extra thick tested plates, ideally engineered to ensure perfect alignment.

Kettle

The jacketed base of kettle is engineered by using steel with welded seems and is hydraulically tested to sufficient steam pressure. The kettle is offered with single, double, triple, cooking stage which enables abundant cooking competence for all normal conditions, wet or dry climate. Even fourth stage is also provided with air cooling jacket. It is commonly known as cooker - cum - drier. This system is supplied with our types of oil expellers and comes along with single crushing fitted in solvent plants.

Gear Box

Six gear boxes present in Double Chambered Oil Expeller are completely closed; every gear is of machine cut and runs in oil bath to ensure long life and silent operation. Shaft pinion and driving shaft are supported with most sturdy tapper roller bearings. All bearing are imported and easily available in the market. Third stand is offered to support the free end of the driving shaft.

Helicidae teeth

Helicidae teeth gears are provided to siege deeply hand tampered materials.

We offer supreme quality Neutralizer Refinery NEC- 4 to check minimum loss of oil at the time of neutralizing. It comprises sturdy cylindrical shell bodies with steep conical bottom. There are numerous atomizers mounted at the top of neutralizer meant for appropriate dispersing of caustic lye and hot water for water washing. The neutralizer capacity is planned for processing of oil and fats along with higher free fatty acid for faster heating to desired temperature and for successful separation of soap stock. Qualitative motor gearboxes are mounted to suit continuous rating and provide hassle free life long service.

Fats and oils comprise mixtures of diverse triglycerides (Easter of glycerol, saturated and unsaturated fatty acids). Crude fats and oils generated by expeller screw press or solvent extraction contain non glyceride impurities, the most vital and useful process absolutely minimizes the free fatty acid in the oil by changing them into oil insoluble soaps. By using Neutralizer Refinery NEC- 4 many impurities of treated oil can be lessened.
