Our Journey Towards Success
Our company was founded in the year 2003, under the name M/s Naveen Hydraulic Services. Initially, our premises were spread over a small 1000 sq ft. leased shed at Bhosari, MIDC, Pune, India. It was incepted with the aim of providing timely and cost-efficient services for CNC hydraulic pipe bending machines, power packs, tube end forming machine, tube roll forming machine, hydraulic tube end forming machine, hydraulic tube roll forming machine and hydraulic presses.
Steadily, with the passage of time, the demand of qualitative hydraulic power packs and hydraulic cylinders increased. Subsequently, our company ventured in the segment of producing hydraulic cylinders, and power packs along with providing reconditioning services of pipe bending machine, presses.
With the assistance of rich experience and R&D in designing, M/s Naveen Hydraulic Services was rechristened as M/s Naveen Hydro Controls in 2005. At that time, its aim was to manufacture and provide CNC tube bending machines, SPM for tube end forming, and heavy duty hydraulic presses up to 1000 tons capacity.
In addition, we also targeted to develop and supply special flexible tooling for tube, square, rod bending, tube end forming machine, tube roll forming machine, hydraulic tube end forming machine, hydraulic tube roll forming machine, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulically operated machines. Moreover, at that time we also planned to provide reconditioning services of hydraulic benders and presses. | |
Our Mentor - Mr. N Shivangouda
Mr. N Shivangouda is the founder and CEO of our company. He is a mechanical engineer from Karnataka University, Dharwad, Karnataka, South India. Mr. Shivangouda has rich experience in the segment of machine tools, hydraulics, and machine designing. In addition, he has 15 years of practical experience in designing, development, and service of CNC based hydraulic presses, hydraulic tube benders, and other related hydraulic machines.
Mr. N Shivangouda also has ample training, experience in the segment of hydraulics, which he has acquired from Germany.

| We have acquired tremendous success in the industry, by offering a range of qualitative tube benders, tube end forming machines, and hydraulic heavy duty presses. In addition, we also offer ball mandrel, CNC hydraulic tube benders, and hydraulic tube end forming machines, in standard options. Our Manufacturing Unit
We have the state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, which is spread over a vast area and include various machines and equipment to fulfill the bulk orders, within the set time. Our production capacity is 6 machines per month, as compared to our initial capacity of 5 machines per month. This has consequently assisted us in acquiring a growth of 300% per annum in terms of production and turnover.

A Brief History - Production Capacity
| Initally, our manufacturing unit was spread over a small area. However, with the passage of time, we acquired a plot of 806 sq mtrs in MIDC Bhosari Pune in 2006. This resulted in the increase of our production capacity, from 3 machines per month to 5 machines per month. Consequently, we started the GMS process and acquired the ISO certification. 1st year of operation In the 1st year of operation, we had following production capacity: - 5 CNC 2 axes tube bending machines
- 4 SPM for leading ancillary units of Cummins India, Tata Motors Ltd and Bajaj Auto Ltd
Production capacity in 2nd year of operation In the 2nd year of operation, we planned to expand our marketing operations in the Southern India. In addition, we: - Participated In Amtex Machine Tools Exhibition in Chennai- 2006
- Procured orders worth over 1.5 Million USD.
