Flexible Ball Mandrel We offer qualitative ball mandrel that provides utmost support to the tube’s outside wall for avoiding tube flattening, during to the bending process. In it, the balls are held in a straight-line position by detents. This ensures easy loading of the tube ball, whereas the link design provides utmost tensile strength for resisting stretching or breakage. The balls rotate freely, distribute wear, & ensure maximum tool life. The links and balls can be added as well as removed, without any efforts. We offer following types of mandrel: - Plug Mandrel
- Formed Mandrel
- Uniflex Mandrel
Various components of our mandrel are tabulated below: | Wiper Die | During draw bends of higher thickness or lower thickness, wrinkles, and humps will be formed in the inner bend radius of the tube. This is avoided by wiper die that will fill the gap behind the bending form, ensuring smooth, and wrinkle free compression on the inner radius | | Clamp Die | Clamp Die holds the tube in position, while bending | | Bending Die | It prevents the tube from flattening, during the bending and gives smooth and required angle of bend | | Pressure Die | Pressure Die keeps the tube against the bend die throughout the process of bending.
