Raw Material :

The raw material is planned at the earliest once the order is received. We always use guaranteed material for our products. The product leaving our premises is repeatedly tested for the quality of material used, because supplying quality product is our motto.


Tool Room :

All our die designs are done with the help of AUTOCAD software. We have highly equipped tool room to cater any need of our valuable customers. Quality check at all stages of tool making is done very promptly.


Production and In process Inspection :

This is done with the precise and accurate machines. This is the stage where we carry our stringent online inspection of our products to meet the international standards.


Final packing and Final quality check :

All the products are sorted 100% for quality, very strict inspection is done to ensure the best quality goes out of our factory. We pack the washers or other products as per our standards or customizes packing can also be done.
