Established in the year 2006, we - Navgrah Fasteners Private Limited are engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting washers and sheet metal components. We started a unit to serve the national and international market of washers and sheet metal components (fix and vario hook (haken), adapterblech). The products are produced at our well oiled manufacturing unit which is equipped with all the facilities. The unit is facilitated with all the transportation and communication facilities which helps us in becoming more accessible to our clients. Also, we have well managed tool room, warehouse and other facilities. All our activities are well coordinated and managed a by pool of expert professionals. They efficiently look at the every aspect of the production. We make sure that we supply the products meeting the international standards passing and thus aim to grow with commitment of consistent quality and in time delivery.

We provide customized packaging to our products in bulk and small boxes. The packaging has been provided with neutral labels. The boxes are put on strong pallets, secured with stretch film prior to dispatch. Further, the products are stored in favorable conditions in proper alignment. These are delivered as per the time period specifications given by the client. We ensure that we never compromise on the aspect of timely delivery.

Our manufacturing unit comprises all the features which are required for production. The unit has all the necessary departments such as designing, packaging, quality and many more. We have a well equipped tool room wherein all our die designs are done with the help of autocad software. Finishing of our products are done with vibrators and tumbling barrels with deburring and polishing media.

Towards this, we train, involve and motivate every employee in the organization to follow the quality standards. Our products undergo strict tests for ascertaining the quality of the products. At our quality inspection department, the various tests take place under the close monitoring of our quality analysts. At our unit, we have in-house facility for testing all the products. Stringent on-line inspection of our products are conducted. Once the products are tested and approved by our quality analysts, the product is then send for final delivery.

For the manufacturing of the products, the raw material is planned at the earliest stage and received. Raw material such as stainless steel grade 304 and 316, brass, copper, aluminum or any stamp able material with various DIN standards are used.
