Utilize various recruitment methods and strategies to locate qualified candidates including Market mapping of related industry like (Print, Electronic, Radio as well as Agency also) direct sourcing, obtaining and working employee and non-employee referrals, recruiting references, internet recruiting with various search engines and resume databases.
To prepare accurate job descriptions as been specified by the head of the department
Utilize software tools to access database to track and manage candidate.
Develop a strategic candidate pipeline to accommodate Solutions with current and potential needs.
Taking part in the meetings to understand the Head Count(s) required for that particular month for a particular competency.
Understanding the Criticality of the requirement and setting a deadline to meet the same.
Making an in-depth analysis of the technical points to fulfilling the requirement.
Source candidates through targeted industry (95% from same work related kind of Industry).
Checking their Communication Skills, Salary drawn and Salary expected, notice period required to join, and any legal commitment towards the present organization, willingness to relocate, etc.
Phone screening the quality of the candidates by asking Technical Objective questions.
Screening & scheduling the interviews.
Handling queries from the competency Managers and solving them with regards to Recruitment, Hiring & joining and also with regard to the Policies of Recruitment. |
